You will play a key role in securing strategic opportunities by managing the full proposal lifecycle—from bid analysis to final submission and contractualization. /ppbr/ppstrongWHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO /strong /ppbr/pulliResponsible for institutional and commercial projects proposal coordination, preparation and submission; /liliYou report to the head of the proposals and the domain business development responsible; /liliYou manage the entire bidding process, from analysing documentation and interacting with the customer, to drafting and validating the proposal, through to negotiation and contract finalisation; /liliYou organize and coordinate the proposal preparation process, ensuring parallelization and full compliance with company procedures, customer procurement rules, regulatory standards, export conditions, and contractual constraints; /liliYou coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary contributions, working closely with technical and operational teams to define solutions and architectures aligned with bid objectives; /liliYou update and maintain the company sales, marketing and proposals databases according to the agreed processes and standards; /liliYou contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal management processes and the development of the company's knowledge base. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPOSAL MANAGER /strong /ppbr/pulliMaster’s degree in engineering, Physics, or other technical-scientific disciplines; /liliMinimum of 2 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or sales engineering, ideally within aerospace, defence or high-tech industries; /liliAbility to analyse and interpret complex technical specifications; /liliSolid understanding of pricing logic, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis; /liliAbility to understand the risk aspects and their management, analyse their impacts; /liliExcellent communication skills; /liliExcellent planning, organisational skills, and time management; /liliFluency in English; /liliAttention to detail and able to work with a high level of meticulousness; /liliProactive attitude; /liliTeamwork player; /liliAbility to prioritise and manage multiple proposals, also where the process and/or deliverables are non-standard; /liliAbility to work successfully under time-sensitive deadlines and in fast-paced environments. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTHESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE /strong /ppbr/pulliKnowledge of ECOS; /liliKnowledge of national and international tendering processes; /liliExperience with optical systems. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongADDITIONAL INFORMATION /strong /ppbr/pulliContract: permanent; /liliLocation: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy); /liliWorking time: full time, hybrid as per internal policy; /liliBenefit: company Gym. /li /ul
