Operational management of international shipments (export/import), including preparation and verification of customs documentationAct as Import and Export compliance managerManagement of preferential and non-preferential originCoordination with customs brokers for CBAM declarationsLiaison with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveriesMonitoring and optimization of logistics and customs costsManagement of temporary imports and customs consultancySupport in obtaining and maintaining AEO status and in submitting documents for duty refundsForecasting and periodic reporting for managementControl of permits for exceptional transports and validation of procedures with the Chamber of Commerce (CCIAA)Archiving and retrieval of documents through company digital systemsCollaboration with Sales and other departments to provide data and qualifications requested by clientsSupport in managing supplier master data, including for foreign subsidiariesQualificationsDegree in Economics, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial contexts with a strong export focus;In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes;Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and logistics management tools;Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Equal OpportunityVRV - Chart is an equal opportunity employer...
