Owns plant quality performance and the full customer claims process. Supports HSE activities by acting as ASPP, collaborating with the RSPP. The role requires strict adherence to all MillerKnoll procedures and standards related to Quality and Safety.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and improve the plant Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and MillerKnoll Quality Procedures and ISOs.Define and control product/process specifications; oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.Lead non-conformity management, corrective actions, and KPI reporting.Manage the full customer claims process, performing investigations, root cause analysis, and customer communication.Drive continuous improvement initiatives (8 Step, PDCA, FMEA).Support supplier qualification, audits, and material conformity processes.Act as plant ASPP, ensuring compliance with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) and with MillerKnoll Safety Procedures, working in coordination with the RSPP.
