Offerta Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand the corporate client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
* Identify client needs and propose tailored financial solutions.
* Manage credit processes: financial analysis, pricing simulations, term sheets, documentation, and annual reviews.
* Ensure compliance through KYC/AML checks and transaction monitoring.
* Support clients with payments, cash management, and bank guarantees.
* Actively participate in networking and business development initiatives.
Competenze ed esperienza What We're Looking For:
* Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
* 10-15 years of experience in corporate banking or financial services.
* Strong knowledge of credit products and client onboarding processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel across Italy and internationally.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and results orientation.
