Responsibilities Report directly to the Head of Supply Chain Region APE / S. Relate to customers and business functions across APE / S and APE / L regions, including Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Mali, Nigeria, and cooperate with regulatory and packaging teams for timely artwork release. Manage the S&OP process to ensure artwork availability and deliverables. Address supply and demand balancing issues, define corrective measures, and ensure implementation. Communicate with marketing, sales, controlling, and management within the S&OP process. Create awareness of Supply Chain impacts across business functions, following value-based management principles. Ensure compliance with import guidelines, minimize distribution and transportation costs, and optimize working capital costs. Minimize stock outs and ensure supply availability within budget. Represent BASF's interests actively, complying with guidelines and processes. Maintain a customer-focused environment, embodying BASF's values and principles. Support subregional projects and activities based on your expertise. Qualifications Degree in Management Science or a technical/scientific field. Fluency in English and French is essential. Initial experience in operative Supply Chain or similar fields. Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, APO/IBP, BW, MS Office, and databases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, proactive, and communication skills. Organized, rational approach to work, able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty. Self-confident, eager to learn, and capable of working in an international, multicultural environment.
