Experteer Overview In this role you support Nature Water and collaborate with Nature Portfolio journals to advance high-quality water resources research. You will handle manuscripts, guide peer review, and contribute to content strategy in a cross-disciplinary water science context. You'll engage with the international scientific community and travel to conferences and institutions. This is a permanent, hybrid position based in Shanghai, Beijing, or Milan, with a focus on shaping discourse in water-related research.

Broad and current understanding of trends in the field
Ability to demonstrate breadth of research interests beyond specialty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to assess novelty, context, and implications of submissions
Willingness to travel and meet scientists worldwide
Editorial experience is not required but helpful for Senior Editor roles
