About the Role:
Are you ready to kick-start your career in procurement and gain an experience in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team for 6 months as a Procurement Intern.
Main Responsibilities:
You will report to the Senior Buyer and the Head of Function, progressively taking ownership of procurement processes after onboarding. Your responsibilities include supporting sourcing initiatives throughout all tender stages—data analysis, scenario development, offer evaluation, and contributions to negotiations and award decisions. You will also help develop new approaches for managing laboratory consumables, including market analysis and implementing cloud-based pricing tools. Additionally, you will prepare presentations for internal meetings, manage supplier interactions on pricing and contracts, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions.
