Senior Accountant – GenoaResponsibilitiesSupport Costa’s accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with USGAAP and IFRS statutory requirements.Prepare period‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages and act as the key point of contact for documentation.Perform detailed balance‑sheet reconciliations to maintain internal controls and audit readiness.Oversee the effectiveness of financial reporting controls and strengthen processes to guarantee accurate and reliable data.Lead or contribute to process‑improvement initiatives across accounting areas.Analyze accounting data and financial reports, providing insights to support business decision‑making.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments, fostering strong working relationships.QualificationsAt least 2–3 years of experience in external audit, complemented by experience in corporate accounting.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.Strong knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS and Italian GAAP.Solid understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, and related IT systems.Experience in period‑end closing activities and financial reporting preparation.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Proactive, flexible, and hands‑on mindset, adaptable to changing priorities.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international environments.Commitment to accuracy, quality, and compliance in all financial activities.Benefits & EmploymentOpen‑term, full‑time, hybrid role.Flexible smart‑working policy.Daily meal vouchers and exclusive discounts.Wellbeing platform for sports, travel, and cultural perks.Free medical insurance and additional welfare benefits for you and your family.#J-18808-Ljbffr
