A Marketing and Public Relations Executive plays an important role in achieving key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The team member performs an integral role in coordinating all functional areas to ensure the achievement of commercial targets. The executive manages individual projects related to marketing, media relations, and internal communications, along with performing day-to-day administrative duties.
What will I be doing?
As a Marketing and Public Relations Executive, you will be responsible for executing the marketing plan and activities used by the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to target markets, and meet hotel business needs. Your tasks will include:
* Creating and executing a strategic advertising and public relations plan, including media planning and creative visuals
* Reviewing third-party website content to ensure standards, accuracy, creativity, and currency
* Supporting the Line Manager in developing promotional activities, collateral, and in-house merchandising, and maintaining the hotel's media library
* Building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders
* Coordinating PR events and co-branding activities
* Producing the hotel’s quarterly newsletter and internal communication materials
* Managing the growth of the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, in collaboration with the social media manager
* Engaging with the online community and responding to comments/messages promptly
* Assisting with or leading on-site photoshoots and hotel filming, ensuring all administrative approvals are completed
* Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines

* Effective interaction skills with various management levels
* Understanding of key marketing and PR disciplines, plans, and strategies

* Experience in written communication in a professional context
* Ability to create solutions, influence others, and work diplomatically
