CAD Expert - Mechanical Designer (m/f/d)
As a key member of international project teams, the Mechanical Designer Expert serves as the primary reference for 2D/3D CAD/CAM methodologies. You will work on complex assemblies and components, define CAD standards, and oversee models developed by junior engineers. Your role combines technical excellence with mentorship, ensuring high-quality design output and continuous improvement across the team. Creating precise 3D models and technical drawings using CREO.
Develop and maintain 3D CAD methodologies to ensure efficient and consistent design practices across projects.
Define and optimize the CAD–CAM dataflow, enabling seamless integration between design and manufacturing processes.
Stay up to date with CAD software advancements, continuously refining internal strategies and tools to align with industry best practices.
Troubleshoot complex 3D models used in CAD–CAM production, ensuring high-quality outputs and resolving technical issues that may impact manufacturing.
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, including troubleshooting and onboarding support.
Solid experience in Sheet Metal Design (min. Strong command of 3D Methodology (min. English advanced.
Italian and German are a plus.
