This role plays a key part in shaping the future of plano and RX sun lenses by driving scientific exploration, technical feasibility, and concept validation of new lens solutions.\nYou will lead innovation projects from early stage idea generation through feasibility studies and proof of concept, ensuring alignment with the Sun Lens strategic roadmap and launch timeline. You will scout new materials, technologies, and applications from both inside and outside the industry, bringing creative and disruptive solutions into the lens innovation pipeline.\nFollowing our phase and gate methodology, you will frame and structure innovation projects to ensure a seamless handover to industrialization teams.
