We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer to join our Service team. This role is primarily remote, with regular requirements to be present at the Milan Buccinasco office or at customer sites. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support via phone Escalate complex issues to Field Service Engineers when necessary Log customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records Coordinate service interventions and dispatch Field Engineers as needed Prepare and follow up on service quotations Identify and manage parts required for service jobs Qualifications University\'s Scientific degree, preferably in Engineering, with experience with medical devices as user 1 year experience in a similar technical position customer facing Italian native speaker level and English Upper Intermediate (B2 level), in written and spoken Nice to have Excellent IT skills Histopathology SalesForce.com Remote work Leica Biosystems supports flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles.
