You will be accountable for the performance of Security and Loss Prevention within your region. Thus, you will ensure that the region can effectively deploy resources to deliver day-to-day operational services. You prioritize incoming workload and assess risks to ensure meeting service level agreements agreed with your internal customers and proactively avoid adverse impact to the business. You will use your knowledge and expertise to coach as well as manage your entire team and to remove blockers that avoid them achieving their goals and objectives. Your team manages the day-to-day tactical and operational activities within each of the clusters; however, you will take ownership when problems become highly complex. You will ensure your team will identify, evaluate, and mitigate all security risks within your region and share findings and best practices with the wider business. You are responsible for ensuring all operational sites within your region are compliant with security standards, are regularly audited, and all sites have a robust physical security posture.
