PpResponsible for maintaining the Quality system and overseeing and optimizing Quality processes in order to ensure the achievement of the quality standards established in collaboration with the other company functions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbDuties and Responsibilities: /b /p pGeneral Tasks /p ul liCoordinates and supervises the Quality Team /li liResponsible for the Quality management system. /li liResponsible for the acceptance, waiver and rejection of stamped, semi-finished and finished products. /li liEnsures compliance with production standards, managing and coordinating projects to improve process and product quality. /li liManages internal quality non-conformities, coordinating working groups in their analysis and in the definition of corrective and preventive actions. /li liManages external qualitative reports, interfacing with colleagues and providing technical feedback to customers. /li liCollaborates with the Technical and Operations Department in order to ensure compliance with the defined procedures and processes. /li liContact person for the KPIs of the Quality area. /li liResponsible for the documentation relating to the Quality area. /li liEnsures that the obligations set out in Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments (Consolidated Law on Safety) are complied with. /li /ul pSpecial Tasks /p ul liMonitors compliance with company guidelines in terms of Product Quality, Safety and Hygiene. /li liManages and coordinates business process improvement projects with the use of Lean Manufacturing tools. /li liCollaborates with similar functions within the Corporate for the definition and achievement of improvement and harmonization objectives regarding Quality. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbEducation: /b /p pDiploma or technical degree with many years of experience in the quality sector of production companies, preferably in the field of packaging or plastics production /p pbJob experience / Knowledge: /b /p ul liExperience in the quality department of production companies /li liExperience in regulatory /li liKnowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716 management systems /li liKnowledge of GMP regulations /li liKnowledge of the English language /li liKnowledge of Windows Office, ERP, warehouse management programs and business intelligence software /li liKnowledge of quality information tools /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving techniques /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /li liLeadership and team management skills /li liAnalytical approach to problem solving /li liAvailability to travel /li liMeeting deadlines, flexibility, ability to work under pressure /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
