Ph3Overview /h3 pDematic is looking for a MU Project Manager to support the Amazon business, responsible for managing individual projects through to final acceptance, ensuring they are delivered on time and in line with the customer’s agreed specifications as well as Dematic’s quality standards. The role will also oversee cross-country programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s ways of working, while driving coordination and consistency across multiple sites. In addition, the MU Project Manager will monitor Project Management capacity and ensure effective resource planning and collaboration across locations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety) /li liLead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and quality within a given cost framework /li liContact person for the customer during the entire project duration /li liContract management including change and claims management /li liScheduling and control /li liControl of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts of over and underspending /li liRisk management and project status reporting /li liCoordinating the specification and procurement of equipment, products and services together with the relevant departments /li liEnsure compliance with project management processes and policies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree (industrial engineer, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a specialization in logistics) or a comparable qualification /li liExperience managing Amazon projects as Material Handling Equipment supplier /li liIdeally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awareness /li liExperience in the logistics sector desirable /li liExperience working in a live environment, effectively coordinating break-in activities /li liGood communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries /li liAbility to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as an analytical approach to work /li liConstructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness /li liWillingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%). Driving license /li liGood written and spoken English and local language.
