Role Summary and Impact
WPP Media is looking for an Accountability Manager who will join the Investments department. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Accountability and will follow the different areas of expertise and will be in charge of monitoring buying performance and dynamics, focusing on Benchmarking and Auditing Costs.
Key Responsibilities
He/She will be involved in the development projects to support new buying approaches related to the fast evolution of the advertising market. More precisely:
4. Monitoring of Clients Buying Performance, according to Cost Commitments
5. Analysis of KPI and Added Value
6. Development of Accountability strategy
7. Management of Auditing and Benchmarking
8. Media Buying pitch management
9. Contribution to Data Gathering and Data Automation development
10. Development of Reporting System and Monitoring Performance tools
11. Management of advertising dealers relationships
The Accountability Manager will interface with all internal and external stakeholders, with the Head of Investment, the client leads, as well as the main players in the market. Furthermore, he/she may be involved in international relationships.

12. Consolidated and in-depth knowledge of the advertising market dynamics
13. Knowledge of all media and new digital trends
14. Strong analytical skills helpful to building insights
15. Precision and eye to details
16. Ability to anticipate trends, optimize decisions, and implement effective strategies with a long-term perspective.
17. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly, foster dialogue, and build strong, collaborative relationships.
18. Proficiently leverages modern technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and champion digital evolution.
19. Capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change, and quickly adapt to new challenges
20. A proactive mindset for generating creative solutions and applying cutting-edge approaches to complex problems.
21. Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate stakeholders effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
22. Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written)
23. Good knowledge of market softwares (Nielsen Aqx, Arianna, Mcs, Msoft)
24. Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
