Mission: In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including strategic editorial plan development and implementation, content creation (photo/video, copywriting), coordination of digital agencies, monitoring, reporting, competitors benchmarking and community management.
* Social media platform organic management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X)
* Creation and implementation of Social Media Editorial Plans
* Creation of compelling content across different channels (creating/editing texts, graphics and videos)
* Events coverage with production of interviews, photos, videos for communication usage
* Community management, engaging with customers on different channels
* Coordination of social media agencies
* Define KPIs, analyze data, produce reporting
* Use tools like: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, CapCut, WordPress
* Writing of Blog news, website and comms materials contents
* Management of Mailing Tools for newsletter production and sending
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism
* Idioms: Knowledge of C1 English, mother tongue Italian
* Tools: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, CapCut
* Experience: 3+ Years
Necessary competences for the development of the role:
* Experience in social media management, strategy, trends to engage and higher RBS social media metrics
* Management of social media agency and creation, editing and publishing of social media post/reels/stories
* Able to generate video content: filming and editing video content generated on campus, both vertical and horizontal, for social media usage
* Up to date with social media trends, propositive and innovative
* Interpersonal, collaborative, written and verbal skills, copywriting, solar and positive attitude
* Able to generate written content: for example, writing articles for the website, adapting existing content, brochures.
* Management and use of mailing platforms
* The role requires professionalism, organizational and coordination skills, accuracy, meeting deadlines and punctual delivery of content and reporting, time management.
