Ph3Job Title /h3 pClinical Application Specialist Coronary Peripheral Segment Center Italy /p h3Job Description /h3 pPromoting Philips IGT-Devices products (both Coronary and Peripheral segments) and driving disposable utilization through clinical education and cath-lab support in the assigned territory in Central Italy (Toscana, Umbria and Marche).
/p h3Your Role /h3 ul liProviding primary training and education to customers.
/li liDisseminating technical product information and executing hospital staff training, including in the cath-lab during clinical procedures as needed.
/li liMonitoring system usage through regular contact with users to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and related systems, and troubleshooting operational issues.
/li liAchieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory, advancing revenue and market position in line with territory, division, and company goals.
/li liBuilding strong customer relations by interfacing directly with hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, and other relevant staff.
/li liCollaborating with Marketing and other internal groups to assess needs and provide management with competitive intelligence.
/li liProcessing and monitoring product complaints according to company procedures.
/li /ul h3You're The Right Fit If You Have /h3 ul liBA/MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related clinical/scientific field.
/li liFluency in English in addition to Italian as local language.
/li liAvailability to travel *****% of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage.
/li liExcellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
/li liBased in Central Italy (Toscana, Marche, Umbria) to effectively support account and partners and ensure timely coordination across the area.
