FRAG Srl is looking for a Proposal Manager that will be a part of the Tendering dept. of the Energy Carriers Business Line, within the Proposal Management departmentLe seguenti informazioni hanno lo scopo di fornire ai potenziali candidati una migliore comprensione dei requisiti per questo ruolo.The candidate will manage the planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal specifically of O&M; projects, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.Main Responsibilities:Coordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance)Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectivesDevelopment of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn key EPC lump sum)Analyse Contract requirements and conditions in conjuction with commercial and legal functionsTechnical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub-contractorsEnsure definition /review of the costs estimating developed by estimatorPrepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposalsEnsure the submittal of the Proposal to the ClientRequirements: xivgfpxMaster's degree in EngineeringAt least 2 years of work experience in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M;) sectorOpen minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile mannerOrganization and prioritization skillsGood knowledge MS Office, essential Word, Excel end Power PointFluent knowledge of English languageLocation: MilanoDuration: 12 monthsAvailability: asap
