We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for Hotel Cipriani in Venice. The role will manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and ensuring compliance with labor laws, while supporting management.
Analyze HR reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support management in HR strategy and decision‑making.
Recruit, onboard, and develop staff.
Handle employee relations and performance management.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Italian.
Prior experience as an HR Manager within hospitality.
