Executive Secretary
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the executive's schedule and appointments, coordinating meetings and travel.
* Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, filtering communications based on priority.
* Organize and maintain company archives and documents.
* Coordinate company events and meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
* Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
* Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and company information.
* Payments.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or degree in related fields.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
* Excellent knowledge of English, French, Spanish, Portuguese.
* Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
