Souschef (m/f/d)



Your responsibilities:

* Supporting the executive chef in the kitchen in all matters
* Responsibility for organising and managing all areas of the kitchen and food preparation in all restaurant areas in the absence of the head chef
* Independent management of an assigned position
* Compliance with HACCP standards in all areas of the kitchen
* Helping to develop an exciting à la carte concept and implementing ideas
* Compliance with all other quality standards
* Continuous motivation of the team and excellent interaction with all colleagues and guests


Your profile:

* Professional and several years of management experience in fine dining in a comparable position
* Creativity and a high level of quality awareness
* Commitment, initiative and dedication
* Sense of responsibility, decision-making ability and resilience
* Leadership qualities, organisational skills and confidence in negotiations
* Very good knowledge of German and Italian, knowledge of English is an advantage

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
