Job Description
Through a common outreach action towards new actors, the ESA Commercialisation Gateway (ECG) raises the awareness on opportunities for commercial research and applications involving space, creates new links between new and emerging business sectors and the capabilities being developed in ESA programmes, facilitating access to ESA wide funding sources.
As part of the marketing team at our client ESA, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Support management of the social media account, identifying relevant topics and writing posts to be published and maintaining publication calendar
2. Support e-mail marketing activities, working on our CRM tool on a monthly newsletter aimed at an external audience with the most relevant news and events of the last period
3. Support writing of articles and publishing on the Gateway website of: news, events, business opportunities o use cases and success stories
4. Support management of the website updating web pages, identifying bugs and conduct UX analyses to optimise the website interface
5. Support development of the new website, definition of initial requirements, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, coordination with the developers, regular check of milestones and timeline
6. Support engaging with internal and external actors to coordinate their communication activities
7. Support analysing key metrics to assess the results of the activities and identify best practices
8. Support coordination of events managed by team for different ESA directorates involved in space commercialisation activities
9. Support internal and external actors involved on right branding assets in communication and events
10. Support in the annual creation of ESA and External Commercial events list based on the target audience of the Offices’ mandate
11. Support merchandise efforts
Qualifications
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
12. Bachelor´s degree in the field of graphic design/audio-visual and multimedia, with 4 years professional experience preferably in an international working environment;
13. Experience in Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, E-mail marketing, Digital Analytics, etc.
14. Experience in Website Management: UX and UI, Website Analytics, etc.
15. Experience in Event Management
16. Previous experience in the space sector is advantage
17. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and another European language is an advantage.
