Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way as possible and we are expanding rapidly in Japan. /p pbKey job responsibilities: /b /p ul liThe Hub Delivery Expansion Capacity Management Lead is accountable for driving partner acquisition strategy, Sales team expansion, and network capacity optimization to meet growing operational demands. /li liLead the end-to-end aspects of partner onboarding, tracking and reviewing, utilizing technologies like Hugo and CTO for optimal location and partner selection. /li liClose collaboration with the Hub Delivery Program team to execute partner acquisition strategies while ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives and Sales member hiring timelines. /li liScale the Sales team including hiring, building an out-of-the-box thinking capability, innovative talent pool building, structured training modules to enhance performance of Sales other function teams. /li liLiaise with multiple teams of program planning as well as vendors for stakeholder management. /li liCapacity planning for high volume events, building driver’s capacity for AMZL, developing bonus structures, partner communication templates, leading all peak planning initiatives. /li liAct as single-threaded leader addressing partner onboarding concerns raised by Program and leadership teams while establishing cadences for expedited onboarding and launches. /li liRecruit and develop talent across levels, positively influence team, deliver results against business odds. /li liExcellence in strategic planning, analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal capacity management across the network while maintaining service quality and compliance standards. /li /ul pbAbout the team: /b /p ul liBusiness Strategy and Planning /li liOperations /li liAMZL department: Amazon Hub Delivery Program in Japan /li liShinagawa, Tokyo office /li /ul pbQualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree or relevant experience /li li10+ years of Operations experience (supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, etc.) /li liExperience leading/manage a team of 10+ people and developing them /li liBusiness level English /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong operations experience in a fast growing company/industry /li li15+ years of Operations experience (supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, etc.) /liliPrevious experience leading a rapid expansion plan /li liProven record of delivering multi programs on time /li liExcellent communication skills /li liBusiness level of Japanese /li liExcited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
