Assistant F&B Manager – Luxury Resort OperationsA privately managed luxury resort in Northern Italy is looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to join its operational management team.This is not an administrative office role. The position is designed for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys being close to the operation, the guests and the team, and who is ready to grow into a broader F&B leadership role over time.The resort operates several F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars and seasonal concepts, and offers a dynamic environment with high service standards, international guests and a strong focus on quality, organisation and guest satisfaction.Main responsibilities The Assistant F&B Manager will support the F&B Manager and the operational leadership team in the daily management of the F&B department.Key responsibilities include:supporting the daily operation of restaurants, bars and eventsensuring service standards are respected across the outletscoordinating with restaurant managers, supervisors, kitchen and stewardingbeing present on the floor during key service timessupporting staff briefings, training and quality controlhelping to organise shifts, service flows and operational prioritiesmonitoring guest feedback and reacting quickly to operational issuessupporting cost awareness, stock discipline and internal procedurescontributing to the development of a professional, motivated and structured F&B teamProfile We are looking for a candidate who already has solid operational experience in hospitality and wants to take the next step.The ideal profile has:experience in F&B operations in a hotel, resort or quality restaurant environmentprevious experience as F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Maître or similara strong presence on the floor and a genuine passion for servicegood organisational skills and attention to detailleadership potential and the ability to motivate a teama hands-on attitude and flexibility during busy operational periodsgood communication skills in English; German and/or Italian are a strong advantagea professional appearance and a guest-oriented mindsetWhat we offer This position offers the opportunity to join a high-quality resort environment and to develop within a structured F&B operation.For the right candidate, this role can become a concrete step toward a future F&B Manager position .The role is particularly suitable for someone who has already gained solid operational experience and is now ready to take on more responsibility, broader coordination tasks and a more managerial perspective.Accommodation is available.
