Reporting directly to the Global Applications Team Leader RD, your focus will be on supporting and improving digital systems and tools used by the RD community, especially in cable design projects. /p pYour daily work will involve supporting both existing digital platforms and the development and rollout of new tools, including AI solutions and advanced data management systems. You’ll be a point of contact for regional RD teams who are adopting digital tools or have questions and needs, encouraging a culture of digital innovation throughout the organization. You’ll also help with digital programs related to sustainability, such as platforms for ESG data and tools for compliance processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the definition, development, and strategic roadmap of PryCD (Program Deployment our New Cable Design Platform), the new generation cable design platform built on BTP technology. /li liEnsure business alignment and user adoption across RD teams worldwide. /li liMaintain daily operations without business interruption and oversee AMS governance. /li liAssess possible enhancements in line with the PryCD roadmap. /li liBe a thought leader in implementing AI technologies into PryCD and Cable Design to enable faster response to customer RFQs, accurate product benchmarking across our manufacturing plants and easier recovery and sharing of data management. /li liGuide the integration of sustainability-related features into digital platforms, including carbon footprint calculation, hazardous substances compliance, and ESG data collection.
