We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Corporate Development Manager to join our Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO and working on funding, strategic finance and growth initiatives.
This is an operational role with high ownership, where the candidate will not only contribute to strategic decisions, but will also directly execute financial models, investor materials and fundraising processes. The position plays a key role in shaping the company’s equity story and supporting capital raising and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models supporting the business plan, long-term projections and valuation
* Actively prepare and manage investor decks, financial presentations and data rooms for equity and debt fundraising
* Execute fundraising processes, including investor outreach, Q&A management, and follow-ups
* Translate strategic and operational inputs into clear, consistent financial assumptions
* Analyze investment cases, growth initiatives and strategic opportunities with a deal-oriented mindset
* Support due diligence activities, transaction execution and documentation
* Work cross-functionally to ensure financial, operational and strategic alignment
What You Have
* 3–4 years of experience, mainly in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory
* Academic background in Economics, Finance, or related fields
* Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business planning, cash flow forecasting and valuation
* Proven experience in preparing and managing materials for equity and debt investors
* Highly execution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Comfortable working closely with C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 60.000 and € 70.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact. Additionally, depending on your seniority and your performance, you’ll have the opportunity to receive stock options, with a variable value calculated from your base salary, giving you the chance to directly participate in the company’s success.
