Pre-Sales SupportCollaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer meetings and project planning.Prepare compelling technical proposals, system designs, and product presentations.Ensure all technical solutions meet local regulatory and grid requirements.Monitor local market trends and share insights with R&D, product, and marketing teams.Support our presence at trade shows, technical workshops, and partner events.Provide hands-on support during on-site installations and commissioning when needed.Requirements:Based in Italy with the ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy specialization is a plus).3+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or field services, preferably in the solar, energy, or electrical sectors.Technically skilled, solution-oriented, and a natural communicator with a customer-first mindset.Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
