This role in summary
As a Budget & Reporting Intern, you will support the Budget & Reporting Manager and the team in various reporting analysis and forecast tasks related to Italy market operations environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with reporting datasets while developing your skills in Excel and financial analysis.
Your responsibilities will include
Contribute to month-end closing activities by preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of Budget and quarterly forecasts in compliance with Group standards.
Support with recurring P&L; reporting, Balance sheet and accounting reconciliations.
Track and monitoring commercial, financial and operational KPIs.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Contribute to full cycle of financial reporting processes using SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Analyzing financial data from a controlling perspective and maintaining updated financial databases and spreadsheets.
Work closely with team members to improve financial models and processes.
Take part in team meetings and contribute to discussions and initiatives.
Minimum requirements
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in English, Italian would be an asset
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work with SAP tools and financial datasets.
