Role Description SSM works closely with the sales team to develop offers for products, services, and solutions. It identifies new business opportunities and leverages technical expertise. The SSM influences customers' buying decisions and is accountable for achieving sales results. Additionally, the SSM presents and discusses possible products, services, and solutions with internal (multi‑product) and external customers. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn MW SSM is the main reference in the region to develop Microwave solutions business.Meet customers—virtually or in person—in the region, present solutions and gather feedback during the pre‑sales phase. Act as the single point of contact in the Nokia sales process (sCRM gates, WtD, sales to delivery handover). Drive customer RFQ: support and influence during preparation, driver of technical answers (SoC and BoQ in coordination with GSS).The Solution Manager is the market point of contact for Product Line Managers (PLM) for specific regions and customers. Key Skills And ExperienceExperience in Microwave sales/presales, MW delivery or MW network design. Clear understanding of telecommunication networks and market. Passion and motivation for customer‑centric activities. Innovation mindset: analyze situations or data that require review of relevant factors, identify and propose best fitting solutions for customers. Ability to communicate effectively and influence others. Autonomy in own subject area. Awareness of and involvement outside of own subject area.
