Test performance of electromechanical assemblies 12v,24v,240v,480v,(AC/dc) using test instrumentsRead blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assemblyTroubleshooting and replacing of PLC's (input and output), HMI’s, photo eyes, proximity switches, sensors, relays, and motor controlsRepair or calibrate assemblies or systems to meet operational specifications or tolerancesPerform preventative electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairsFabricate brackets and guards necessary for machine operationInstall, set up and troubleshoot A/C and D/C VFD’sDiagnose cause of electrical and mechanical malfunction and failure of operational equipment, performing preventative and corrective maintenanceRecommend and initiate modification and replacement of equipment that failed to meet acceptable operating standards.Collaborate with management to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs and to schedule inspections and major overhauls in coordination with other operating activitiesRepair and replace low/high pressure pumps, diaphragm and piston pumpsInstall electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housing and assembly, using soldering equipment and hand toolsDiagnose cause of electrical and mechanical malfunction and failure of operational equipment, performing preventative and corrective maintenanceInspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, and remove and replace worn and defective parts of drive mechanisms and systemsInspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment and compliance

Related educational/training completion at a college or trade school institution5 years of electrical or mechanical maintenance experience or a minimum of a combination of 3 years of experience and education
