About the Hotel
W Rome, a luxury hotel belonging to the W brand, is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and will be part of a highly professional team.

Responsibilities

- Respond to maintenance requests from guests, communicate status and log information in company systems
- Perform routine maintenance of hotel plumbing, electrical and heating systems in accordance with company standards and current legislation
- Provide guest assistance and immediate maintenance for issues related to plumbing, refrigeration, heating and electricity
- Maintain kitchen equipment (hot and cold)
- Preventive maintenance of technological centers
- Coordinate with external suppliers for structured interventions on various systems
- Participate in projects cataloguing hotel tools and equipment for routine maintenance planning
- Use management software to coordinate maintenance work with other departments, especially Housekeeping and Front Office
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 kg (and subsequently up to 11 kg). Must be able to reach heights above and below shoulder level, bend, twist, extend, kneel and move on uneven or inclined surfaces. Requires standing, sitting or walking for extended periods and maintaining a professional appearance in clean uniform. xlwpduy
Qualifications

- Previous experience in the role at hotel establishments, ideally luxury
- Skills in maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating systems and security systems
- Effective communication skills, excellent guest service
- Positive outlook, flexible and enthusiastic personality
- Good knowledge of English and Italian is a plus
- Seriousness, enthusiasm and adaptability
