Experteer Overview
In this role you drive inventory control and quality assurance within Amazon’s fulfilment network. You lead a team of ICQA professionals to uphold process discipline, safety, and performance, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. You’ll analyze defects and data to shape action plans, while forecasting staffing and enabling 24/7 operations. Your impact lies in delivering accurate, defect-free fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction through strong leadership and hands‑on problem solving.

* Lead and supervise ICQA Area Managers and hourly associates across inventory control and quality assurance
* Partner with Operations and support teams to enforce policies and procedures
* Ensure safety programs and SOX compliance are followed
* Analyze inventory defects and customer defects data to develop corrective actions
* Develop short‑term and mid‑term labor plans, capacity forecasting, and schedules
* Support in interviewing and training fulfillment center Area Managers
* Maintain process discipline across shifts and departments
* Review KPIs and perform quality analysis to safeguard inventory integrity
* Collaborate with Loss Prevention and other departments on policy adherence
* Assist in communicating policies to Operations Leadership and hiring processes
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's Degree
* Strong time management and data organization skills
* Proven influencing ability across organizational levels
* Ability to manage 24/7 operations and holidays
* Resilient problem solver with multi-tasking in complex environments
* Commitment to employee development and high motivation
* Previous supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
* Excellent verbal and written communication in local language and English
