⭕️ MAX STREICHER S.p.A. is a leading EPC contractor operating in the Oil & Gas sector (pipelines & plants), headquartered in Parma, Italy, and active on complex projects both in Italy and internationally.⭕️
We are currently looking for a QA/QC Coordinator to join the Project Quality Team. The role is site-based and operational, with responsibility for the following activities:
- Ensure the implementation of the Site Quality Plan and develop, issue and manage Quality Control Plans and related quality documentation, in compliance with contractual requirements and international standards applicable to the TAP project.
- Ensure correct completion of quality control documentation by site teams, maintaining full traceability and compliance with project procedures.
- Review and validate inspection records, intervening where necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate material sampling and testing activities with qualified laboratories in Albania, verifying compliance with applicable technical standards.
- Coordinate and oversee QA/QC activities performed by subcontractors’ quality teams, ensuring alignment with project quality requirements and contractual obligations.
- Manage anomalies and non-conformities, monitoring the entire process through to closure in order to maintain the required quality standards.
- Technical background, preferably in Engineering, with experience in the construction and/or Oil & Gas sector, particularly in site quality control activities.
- Sound knowledge of international standards applied to pipeline projects and of quality and safety regulations adopted within the TAP framework across the involved countries.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and high-pressure environments, with strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Albanian and English (minimum B2 level).
- Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
