Location: Euston Contract: 12 Months FTC Hours: 7 We are currently recruiting for a Floorwalker to work at London Euston - Could you be the person we are looking for? As a Floorwalker, you will provide a consistently high standard of Customer Service on behalf of Avanti West Coast in line with RDG retail sales agreements, particularly during service disruption. Here are just some of the other things you'll be getting involved in: - Assist with customer service activities during times of disruption, ensuring all customers are dealt with in line with the Avanti West Coast specification and Passenger Charter requirements. - Assist in establishing a safe and efficient working environment for both staff and customers at the station. - Adhere to security evacuation procedures in accordance with local emergency arrangements. - Assist with implementation, monitor and evaluate agreed changes and improvements to customer service and product delivery. - Pro actively assist and comply with the process of purchasing tickets, simple timetable and other enquiries by queue combing. Encourage the use of fast ticket and other self service machines.
