About the job SALES PERFORMANCE INTERN For our Sales team based in Milan we are looking as of now for a Sales Performance Intern During this experience you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team. About the job - Support for the implementation of the new tool with Sales Force technology with GO Live - Support for preparatory activities for data acquisition in the new tool - Creation of reports in PowerBI for monitoring sales performance - Support for monitoring Cross-Channel sales incentive campaigns - Support for the GO Live event of the project towards the sales force and related training - Support interface for key-users who will test the new tool and support for post go-live users. About you To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have: - Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or Management Engineering; - Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking; - Structured and analytical way of working; - Relational skills and flexibility; - Excel and Power Point knowledge; - Fluent in English.
