ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
For a company operating in the real estate development sector we are looking for an Administrative Manager.
IDEAL PROFILE
The resource, through the coordination of a team of 2 figures and reporting directly to the management, will deal with administration and accounting, finance and treasury, reporting and budgeting, taxation and analysis of real estate investments.
Activity
In particular, the resource will have the task of:
1. Constantly interface with external tax, legal, notary and labor consultants;
2. Take care of reporting (tax and social security deadlines);
3. Supervise and control all administration (complete passive and active cycles, up to and including credit management) and all accounting (including the financial statements, even under the tax consolidation regime);
4. Production of the cash plan and cash flow (and its constant monitoring) with forecast and variance analysis, management of all banking operations (ordinary and extraordinary) in direct contact with officials;
5. Management of all tax obligations (including IMU). Keeping of company books.
6. Support to Management in making operational and strategic decisions by monitoring company performance;
Requirements
7. Degree in Economic Disciplines;
8. Many years of experience, at least 3 years in administrative-financial roles with responsibility for the preparation of the statutory budget;
9. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
10. Good knowledge of the English language;
11. Knowledge of ERP and information systems in general is appreciated;
12. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
The profile is completed by a smart and proactive approach to work, ethics and credibility, a strong orientation towards results, excellent communication skills.
Contractual conditions : direct entry into the company with a permanent employment contract, with a remuneration package commensurate with the experience gained.
