PpManager / Team Leader /p pIn this role within Panasonic’s Research Development team for A2W W2A heat pumps and chillers, you will design mechanical aspects of HVAC units using 2D/3D CAD. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability, and you support prototype and production phases, suppliers, and Lean processes. You will prepare BOMs, documentation, and contribute to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
