In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, business control, investment activities, tax and treasury, risk management, and payroll. You will act as a key financial partner for the bBusiness Unit Manager Italy /b, while ensuring transparent communication with headquarters in Sweden on performance, development, and strategic matters. As Team Lead, you will also manage the local Finance team, drive improvements in financial processes, and ensure compliance with both Italian regulations and Munters global policies. This is a hybrid role, with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
