D1 Milano is an Italian Design Brand with over 3 million people visiting our website every year, more than 800 POS worldwide, more than 500K social community and over 120 000 watches sold each year.
In order to expand our team, we are looking for a Creative Coordinator to join us in our Milan office.
As Creative Coordinator, you will take full ownership of how the Creative team operates — from timelines and workflows to process design and people management. Your job is to bring clarity, discipline, and momentum to a fast-paced, high-output environment, acting as the go-to problem solver who makes sure that creative excellence is delivered on time, every time. You’ll need to think like a project manager, listen like a team coach, and move like a producer. If you can structure chaos, speak the language of creatives, and get things done — we want you.
Translate creative briefs into action: clear timelines, owners, budgets, and outputs;
Oversee day-to-day creative operations, keeping projects moving and people aligned;
Coordinate internal creatives (design, production, content) and external agencies when needed;
Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Product, and E-com teams;
Maintain high standards on delivery, quality, and consistency;
Support the Creative Director and challenge the status quo when needed;
Mentor junior team members and help shape a culture of accountability and care.
4–7 years experience in creative operations, project management, or production (fashion, design, agency, or lifestyle brands preferred);
~ Fluency in Italian and strong English;
~ Deep understanding of how creatives think — and how to help them deliver;
~ Aesthetic sensitivity and respect for creative work.
