Our client is a well-established international industrial Group operating in the manufacturing sector, with production facilities across Europe. For one of its Italian plants.On behalf of this estimated Client, we are looking for aINDUSTRIAL CONTROLLING MANAGERThe Industrial Controlling Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Controlling function, ensuring accurate financial planning, analysis and performance monitoring in alignment with corporate guidelines and business objectives.This position represents a key finance leadership role within the organization, with a medium-term evolution toward broader financial responsibilities.Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to Group;Monitor KPIs related to production performance, margins, cost absorption and efficiency; provide detailed variance analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making;Oversee cost accounting activities with a strong focus on serial production dynamics; analyse manufacturing costs, standard costing, inventory valuation and productivity indicators;Partner closely with Operations to improve cost structure, profitability and operational efficiency;Manage and develop the Controlling team, fostering a performance-oriented and collaborative environment;Act as a strategic partner to Plant Management and Department Heads.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance or related field;8–10 years of experience in Controlling within structured manufacturing companies operating in serial production environments;Proven experience in team management;Solid knowledge of industrial accounting principles and cost accounting;Strong analytical mindset, hands‐on approach and problem‐solving skills;Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
