Born from our passion for sports, innovation and Italian design, every detail in our products is designed to offer the most rewarding user experience, in and by the water.As part of our Consumer Marketing team this position will report to the Global Consumer Marketing Manager and will support the definition and implementation of the marketing plan within the assigned product category, developing an in-depth knowledge of the product lines and the communication assets already developed.Main Activities Accountabilities:Gather information from the Product Development Team regarding technical content and expected consumer benefits and create consumer-focused communicationsSupport the Global Consumer Marketing Manager in providing all information for trade and consumer facing marketing toolsSupport the Global Consumer Marketing Manager in developing the go-to-market plan for the newly launched products, including monitoring product supplyDevelop online and offline activation campaigns in collaboration with managers from other departments (Communication and PR, Digital, Social, Sales, Sports Marketing, Trade Marketing)Coordinate the selection and refinement of marketing deliverables such as key visuals, product-related photography, infographics and videosProvide regular updates on the competitive scenario and market trendsUpdate and maintain the consistency of the product data required by the PIM / DAM / PLM systemsManage marketing projects assigned by the Global Consumer Marketing ManagerReporting on the KPI#39;s of the marketing initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication1-3 years working experience in similar rolesFluent in English, both spoken and writtenExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital tools and platforms, and social mediaStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job doneAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyCreative, innovative and proactive attitudeVery strong team working attitude and ability to build and maintain new relationships with internal and external stakeholdersPractice of swimming and/or other water sports will be considered a plusWorkplace: Tolentino (MC)We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
