Description
We are currently seeking a Special Projects PM intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute
Development of Marketing tools such as catalogues, books and publication, invites, gifts
Project management
1. Liaising with internal teams (such as Media, Creative, Merchandising, LG, Packaging, etc) to ensure smooth communication and constant alignment
2. Supporting on timeline creation and keeping track of schedules
3. Preparing meeting reports and project recaps
Product development & Sourcing
4. Interpreting product specifications of designers’ projects
5. Coordinating external suppliers and factories involved
6. Follow the product development process from first prototyping to production
7. Understanding of production processes and cost impacts
8. Keeping track of quotations and costs
9. Printing process knowledge is a plus
Who you are
10. Successful studies in Product Design or Economics/Engineering with a strong focus on products and production process
11. Proactive attitude and great team spirit
12. Attention to details, without losing overview of the bigger picture
13. Great verbal and written communication skills
14. Analytical and pragmatic approach to the projects
15. Interested in the fashion ecosystem, as well as related fields (Design, Arts, etc)
16. Fluent in English
17. Good use of Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory
18. Photo retouch and 3D programs skills are a plus
