The System Engineer will actively contribute to maintain, operate, and monitor the existing corporate infrastructure as well as to its future design and implementation. Required skills and experience: - Extensive experience within information security/technology sector - Extensive experience working in a Microsoft Systems Engineering role (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) - Scripting knowledge for automation (PowerShell and/or Rundeck and/or Ansible Automation Platform) - Experience with Multiple Forests Active Directory environment, DFS, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, Group Policies, preferably Enhanced Security Admin Environment - Experience with Windows Failover clustering - Knowledge of AD DS integrated enterprise grade PKI and CA hierarchy - Experience with cloud services - Expertise in deploying and maintaining business critical applications and solutions - Proven experience in incident management, service request management and troubleshooting using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques - Experience with Citrix troubleshooting and RDP - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Outstanding English languages written and verbal communication skills - Outstanding customer service skills - Partecipation in on-call rotation Desirable skills and experience: - Experience of using ticketing systems and use of monitoring and management tools.
