All about the role: Product document Specialist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of activities related to product document development, finding ways to make operations more efficient. This role is responsible for having a successful interaction across all departments to ensure the completion of activities in a timely, efficient, and detailed manner. What you'll do: - Create User Manuals for new products and update them for existing ones in time according to plan, in line with applicable Guidelines and always ensuring high quality. - Create Control panel Graphic and labels for new products and update them for existing ones in time according to plan, in line with applicable Guidelines and always ensuring high quality. - Create a new Bill Of Material for new products and update them for existing ones. - Support and collaborate with the Architecture Team and Technical Project Management Team in document preparation. - Support quality improvement and cost reduction activities. Who you are: - You’re a collaborative team player with an agile mindset - Bachelor’s degree or high school in technical background. - Ability to use graphic designer SW (Adobe illustrator, Content management software, etc) - IT skills: good ability in use Microsoft Office Package - Fluent in English and Italian Where you'll be: You will be based in Porcia (Italy) where around 2.000 people daily contribute to our purpose, just a few minutes from Pordenone and about 1-hour distance from the city of Venice.
