Requirements
Job Summary
We are seeking a New Business Director to drive business development and account management efforts in Italy. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives on new business acquisition, industry networking, and consultative sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and growth background, particularly in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS industries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients and opening doors within the market.
Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions tailored to their business objectives.
Account Activation & Management : Drive client acquisition and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
Industry & Market Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
Sales Pipeline Management : Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and revenue generation.
Networking & Relationship Building : Leverage existing networks and cultivate new connections to expand Samy Alliance's footprint in Italy.
Reporting & Performance Tracking : Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and market feedback to optimize business strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital marketing, advertising agencies, or SaaS companies.
Proven track record in new business acquisition and growth strategies .
Strong consultative selling skills – ability to articulate value propositions and close deals.
Experience in media agencies and / or digital-oriented businesses .
Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and SaaS landscapes .
Ability to work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
