We were meant to fly. /p h3Job Description /h3 pbEssential Responsibilities /b /p ul liPartner with the business leaders to develop and execute both long‑term and short‑term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives; develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change /li liAct as an organizational simplification champion who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize team performance /li liStrategically partner with business leaders to design and implement the most effective global organizational structures and manage transitions /li liProvide timely, effective and direct coaching to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills /li liLead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc. /li liProvide strategic coaching to key talent in extended client group as it pertains to succession planning, career path development, and performance management /li liLead leadership assessment in the organization, identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to recognize, select, retain and develop key talent /li liStrategically lead business and HR team through critical HR operating rhythms such as Talent Review, salary planning and performance management /li liWith the support of the HR team, develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent /li liProvide overall leadership to the HR team, delivering appropriate coaching, mentoring and development opportunities (including exposure to HR Business Partner skills and experiences), communicating proactively, and ensuring HR team engagement retention /li liEnsure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all the locations in scope /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law, related fields or equivalent experience in HR leadership roles /li liExtended experience in Human Resources as Senior HRBP.
