Skills & Responsibilities
* Provide first and second level support for customer issues.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
* Communicate promptly on issue status and resolutions.
* Maintain ticket updates for reported incidents.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010; support Cisco Jabber.
* Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
* Perform preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
* Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues.
* Possess broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
* Ability to work in a project-based environment with flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements
* Valid work permit.
* Extensive IT and computer knowledge.
* Several years of related experience preferred.
* Italian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
