This is a hands‐on, field‐based role designed to develop future specialists in control systems for gas and steam turbines, diesel engines, compressors and generators. You'll receive structured mentoring, real site exposure, and technical training from experienced engineers.You'll be primarily based in Italy, with a planned 3‐month development rotation in the Netherlands, plus potential international project exposure. We invest heavily in our graduates and aim to build long‐term careers within our business.What You'll Be DoingField Service & Troubleshooting
Assisting with diagnostics and root cause analysisSupporting hardware repairs and software adjustmentsLearning how to restore and optimise system performance
Commissioning & Installation
Supporting functional testing and site acceptance testing (SAT)Assisting during system installationsWorking alongside Project Engineers on live customer sites
Planning & Reporting
Reviewing technical drawings and documentationPreparing tools and equipment for site workAssisting with service reports and system data updates
