Job Description:
Gi Group, a leading international group with 150 clients across 38 locations in 7 countries, is seeking to hire for their Milano site:
Customer Care Specialist - Telecommunications Sector
The selected candidates will provide customer assistance via phone, chat, and email, handling complaints, service disruptions, and inquiries related to fixed and mobile internet services.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in customer service (inbound/outbound) is preferred but not required.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Operational flexibility.
* Diploma qualification.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT applications.
We Offer:
* Paid pre-employment training course from June 16 to June 30, 2025.
* Fixed-term temporary employment contract from July 1 to August 31, with possible extensions.
* Part-time work: 20 hours/week, Monday to Sunday shifts, within 8-22 hours, including holidays.
* Telecommunications sector collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) - Level 2.
